For my baby boy...
my baby.... my first born... I want you to know how beautiful & special & perfect you are. You are smart & funny & wise beyond your years.
I look at you & I see so many possibilities. You my dear boy, can be or do anything you want... & I hope we will raise you to KNOW that...
There is something you say or do everyday, that I think to myself... " I need to write that down" & of course I don't because I am on my way out the door...or making dinner or some other excuse.
I decided today that this will be the day that I write all of those cute or not so cute things down... so we will have a place to write to look back & laugh & remember.
Each day I look at you & wonder where the time has gone.... seems like yesterday you were 2. Part me is so excited to see what you will become...another part of me is sad that you are growing up so fast. You are so much like me... that is probably why we butt heads so often... your creative.. & like to think out of the box. your messy, and a procrastinator. Your sensitive & sweet...
You are also so much like your pappa... smart..very smart & stubborn. But that is what makes you so perfect... thats what makes you YOU! I love you duckie doo!
